The boat has already served as a business in her present form and could continue to do so, but
can also be fitted out to your requirements as:
bar (present owner has licence to serve wine with food, but this would have to be re-applied for)
or for living aboard.
British qualified, English speaking plumber /carpenter available to do the work if required

an area magnificently situated between the warm Mediterranean sea, offering clean, uncrowded beaches,
some of them naturist, and mountains where there is rambling, rock-climbing and canoeing. (In the north
there are the Cévennes and, to the south, the Pyrenées and Andorra with excellent skiing. Spain is about an
hour's drive away.)
There is a richly diverse culture, quiet roads and a wealth of sites of historical interest with wine and and
cuisine to match. Indeed Béziers is known as the "Capital of Wine" being at the centre of the biggest area of
vineyards in the world.
The Climate is reputed to have the highest annual sunshine average in France.
Access:
There is ready access, well-served by SIX international airports -
· Toulouse, Montpellier
· Carcassonne, Nîmes & Perpignan
· Barcelona
and the super-fast TGV rail service from Paris which takes about 4 hours to Béziers
By car there is the choice of the western A62/61 via Toulouse, the central and nearly-completed A7 toll-free
for much of the way, or the more easterly A9 via Lyons.
